These Terms & Conditions explain how orders are processed at The Paper Vector. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Payment Terms

All orders are reviewed before being confirmed. Once approved, we will start the artwork.

  • Full payment is required to secure your order

  • Work will begin once payment has been received

If payment is not received within this timeframe, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

No-Change Policy (Bespoke Illustrations)

Each illustration is custom-made based on the photos and details you provide at the time of ordering.

Because of this, changes are not offered once the order has been confirmed and payment has been completed. We recommend reviewing your images, notes, and selections carefully before submitting your order.

Design, Animation & Custom Services

For services such as logo design, animation, and commissioned artwork, revisions are included as part of the process.

The number of revisions may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project and will be agreed upon at the start of the project.

Screen Printing

We offer small-batch screen printing for limited runs and custom projects.

Final artwork approval is required before production begins. Once approved and in production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping, Delivery & Damages

We take great care in packaging and sending all physical artwork. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Delivery fees will be included in your payment and calculated based on courier rates at the time of shipping. This may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Delivery location

  • Rural or urban address

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The damaged item

If damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Refunds

As all work is custom-made:

  • Orders may be cancelled only before work has begun

  • Once work is in progress, cancellations are not possible

  • Refunds are not available for completed or in-progress work

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect information supplied at the time of order

Service Availability

Bespoke illustrations and screen printing are currently available within New Zealand only.

Design and animation services are available to international clients.
