For this project, we brought the @_plentees_ logo to life with animation, aiming to capture its signature beachy style and laid-back feel. The small wave icon became our focal point, reimagined in various ways across different formats.
We started with a logotype designed by NVCreative and pulled out the wave icon to use on its own. We also explored different versions in colour and black and white.
The Process
We began with a simple storyboard and some quick sketches to figure out how the waves would move. Then we drew inspiration from different styles and brought the rest of the logotype to life using a calligraphic stroke motion in After Effects. The wave animation was created in Animate, and everything was later combined in After Effects with background music.

End Result!
Once the animation was finished, we adapted it into multiple formats to suit different platforms.
